Paul Wilby
Paul has lived with his family in Tovil for more than two decades. He served the country in the Royal Engineers, but since leaving the army twenty years ago he has worked as a railway signals engineer. He is Chair of Hayle Park Nature Reserve and with other trustees has guided its expansion and secured its nature reserve status. He is also Chair of Tovil Parish Council and a member of Valley Conservation Society. As part of the strong South Ward Lib Dem team, Paul has a long record of achievements, including his support of the local community during COVID.
Paul commented: "I am concerned at the continuing over-development of our countryside and failure of KCC to deal with the increasing traffic congestion. Dealing with residents’ issues is my main priority.”
